The Rapids were established in 2004 when the NWBL began to revamp its league. Over the course of 7 seasons in franchise history, the Rapids have captured two championships, which they won back-to-back in 2004 and 2005. The team has been to the playoffs every year and has won the division every year except 2006. The Rapids have been to the championship 4 times (04, 05, 07, 08). Entering 2010, the team is an incredible 131-48 and has 3 perfect games and 3 no hitters (no other NWBL has one to claim). They hold records for most wins in a season (31) and the highest winning pct. in their 18-4 season.
